About: I've always loved animals. I've helped to walk my families dogs since I was a kid and have always loved hanging out with furry friends. I currently work a full time job but have the weekends free to spend lots of time with your pet. I also have plenty of time on weeknights to still give your baby some love. Keeping your pet feeling comfortable and safe in their home with a new person is extremely important. I seek to provide a stable, as close to normal routine for your pet while you're away.

About: As a farm kid, animals (of every variety) have been part of my life for as long as I can remember! Now I get to share that joy with my family, our playful pup, our cat, & even our hedgehog! I have experience caring for dogs of all ages - from energetic puppies to calm seniors & I love getting to know each pet’s unique personality. Pet care fits perfectly into my daily routine because I currently work from home & have lots of flexibility. Dogs who are social & cat-friendly are welcome to play with my own friendly dog & we have 6 acres of open space for well-trained pups to explore off-leash (always under supervision). The dogs who aren’t quite ready for off-leash will simply get to explore while leashed. Indoors, pets have cozy spots to relax & are never left alone for long. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I stick closely to their usual routine of feeding, walks, playtime, & any other specific instructions they need. I make sure pets feel comfortable & cared for while you’re away. I love sending regular photo updates so you always know how they’re doing, too!

About: I've been a pet parent for as long as I can remember! I grew up around various dog breeds and other exotic pets so I'm well versed in pet personalities! I've worked in 3 doggy daycares over the past 5 years and have loved every second of it ! I'm able to administrator medication as well to senior or special care pets ! Currently working a few side gigs so my schedule is super flexible! I'm an early bird and can be there as needed but tend not to be around too late at night. About: I grew up on a horse farm. I always had dogs for most of my life . Except when I lived in an apartment for a short time where I could not have one. My sister and I use to have fake dog shows as kids. It was so much fun. Now I have 2 loveable doggies of my own that i adopted . They love our fenced in backyard and my daughter and I walk them every day as a team.When Taylor was a toddler we would go out and visit grandma and aunt / sister and give chino her dog lots of love and walks. Also in the last 5 years my late moms dog rosie who was also adopted. Dogs are great.

About: I have 2 dogs of my own. Also I have experience with older dogs and puppies. I love all animals! I'm not scared of much either! I currently work part time. So I'm pretty open. I'm available after 10:30am on Wednesday Saturday and Tuesday Thursday and Friday after 4:30. About: I have owned all sorts of dogs, big and small, so I know the specific needs for nearly every breed. I am an energetic person so I love to walk/run with dogs, but I also enjoy cuddling up and just giving them loving! At this time, there are no animals of my own in the house. I really hope to find clients that would like recurring stays/visits so I can make more furry friends and figure out the best care for that specific dog. Also, I'm an avid runner, so high energy dogs are very welcome! I work at the hospital nearly every day, but I am able to give your pet my full attention during the weekends. Dogs that are routinely left home during the weekday are welcome during the week, as I am not able to come home and let them out during the day. I am typically gone for about 10 hours a day. We live on a 10 acre farm with tons of room to run and explore (on leash)! We have outdoor farm animals but they tend to mind their own business and don’t bother visitors! Your pet will be treated like my own while in my care, plus some extra treats! ;)

About: I grew up in a family that always had dogs, ranging from small dogs (like Chihuahuas) to big dogs (like German Wirehairs). As a child, I took on dog training experience through my local 4-H group and pursued that for a large portion of my early education career. Since then, I have always been a lover of dogs and have taken on many responsibilities, not only for my family dogs, but for my roommate’s dogs as well. Any care and love your dog needs, I would be happy to provide it! I’m available for pet care during the week and on weekends from the end of June through early September. Whether you need drop-in visits or overnight home stays, I’m happy to help, just please be sure to book in advance so I can plan accordingly! However, I’m happy to provide in-home care at your residence for both dogs and cats! For dogs, I’ll make sure they get plenty of attention, including regular walks, outdoor playtime (at a nearby dog park or fenced yard), and bathroom breaks every 30–60 minutes based on their needs. I’m also happy to follow any specific instructions you provide to keep your pup happy and comfortable. For cats, I offer attentive and respectful care, feeding, litter box cleaning, playtime, and affection (if your cat is the cuddly type!). I understand feline behavior and know how to give them the space or snuggles they prefer. Whatever your pet needs, I’m here to help while keeping their routine as stress-free as possible!

I normally work full time and so does my husband but we work opposite shifts during the week which works out great for our fur babies! About: For the past 2 years I have fostered dogs through Fetch Wisconsin Rescue. With rescue dogs, I first focus on decompression, resiliency and relationship building. If you have a puppy or a rescue dog who you are just starting to build a relationship with, I can support you! In June 2023, I adopted an adolescent Alaskan Husky on an emergency basis. He & I are active learners in the Susan Garrett "Recaller" and "Wag Nation" training. If this style of games-based training sounds interesting to you, I'd love to help you build consistency and confidence in your pup! A lot of what I do with pups is informed by the Resilience Rainbow (popularized by the Behavior Vets) and pattern games (popularized by Leslie McDevitt). As a staff member with the Dane County Humane Society, I continue to grow my understanding of how to implement these practices with dogs who are new to me. I would love to contribute to your peace of mind by supporting the peace of mind of your dog while they are with me during your time "away". I work from home as a medical interpreter on the phone/video. This means that I can pepper my day with direct dog supervision and targeted practice on growing skills. I also have 3 5x5 kennels and very large crates for down time, if indicated. I would really like to consult with you about how to manage "down" time for your dog. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture at my house. I do have two resident cats, but/and they do not share spaces with the dogs I have either foster, own or care for. My house has a fenced in yard (6 foot fence). I also live very close to our recreational bike path, and if you are interested, I would be happy to talk about whether canicross or biking options are appropriate for your dog. I also live within a 5-minute drive from the Prairie Forest park, a huge wooded area where dogs can be off leash. For dogs in my care, however, I could offer the option of using a long line to take them on a sniffari in the park. I am also vetted to enroll in the Karen Pryor Academy Dog Trainer Professional program. I plan on starting my studies formally once my working dog is recovered from an acute Lyme infection. If you are interested, I could offer to work with your dog (along with video-taped sessions) as part of my studies.
