About: I grew up caring for a variety of family pets and have watched many of my friend’s pets here in the city. I have a cat of my own and understand the anxiety that can arise when leaving them for even a short period. I am communicative, patient, and reliable. I mainly work from home so I have the flexibility for daily drop-in visits and can accommodate your schedule to ensure your pet’s needs are met. I am trustworthy and conscientious in all my work. I prioritize the security of your living space and safety if your pet. I’m happy to send regular text updates and pictures of your pet when I visit.

I having had dogs most of my life, I understand the importance of routine, exercise, and mental stimulation. Your pet won’t just be cared for—they’ll thrive and be loved in your absence. I currently work from home, so I am immediately available to take them on walks, etc. I understand the importance of routine in our lives. I have quick access to lovely dog-friendly spaces downtown. I can accommodate your dog’s crate with ease. My lovely building is filled with great pets.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for family and friends since I was in middle school. I have also been working for a local pet care business in ATX for the past 7 months. I provide multiple daily dog walks up to an hour long and have tons of experience doing overnight care in clients homes. I have my own dog and live with a cat currently so I’m very experienced in various types of pet care. I love fur babies of all different kinds and would love to meet yours! My availability is pretty much open so I can take care of your pets whenever you need! Weekdays and weekends are available for over night care, day time care, or even just a quick walk! I am flexible and willing to work with your schedule. I will spend quality time with your pet and ensure they feel comfortable and safe with me in your home. I will monitor them closely when taking them outside and I can crate train them if needed as well. I will not be gone for long periods of time and can frequently check on them throughout the day or do work from home while at your place. I will do what works best for your pets personal needs.

About: A firm believer in we don’t deserve animals! But since we have them, we should do everything in our power to keep their little hearts safe, loved, and supported. I grew up with a few rescues and a golden doodle named Malibu, who was the first pet I ever took care of on my own. I’ve volunteered at local shelters for several years in addition to watching my friends pets frequently here in Austin. I now am a proud dog mom of two, Seamus and Bailey! Shea loves to cuddle on top of you, stare at trees, and prefers to lead during his walks. Bae needs home cooked meals every night and enjoys cold water from the refrigerator. They both live with my boyfriend elsewhere but I’ve learned a great deal on taking care of pets and their various needs. I have a lot of free time on my hands! Very flexible and willing to help out fur babies and their owners as much as I can! My first priority is getting to know the dog and making sure everyone’s comfy. I live with my best friend who works fully remote so if I truly had to step away for something, the pet would have company. Right now my situation gives me a lot of free time so my attention is all theirs. I love to be outside so if your pet needs walks and exercise, I’m your gal. Would never put them in a situation where they feel uncomfortable. I’ve watched my friends dog for several years now and he’s a rescue with major anxiety and aggression with other dogs so I feel confident working with pets that have some trauma and need a little extra attention and care.

About: I can administer medicine, liquid and pills. I work from home, so definitely able to give your pet the attention and care it needs and wants! It’s pretty much all integrated within my own routine. I clean the litter box every day, I have alerts for nail trimmings, flea meds, etc. A cat to keep your cat company, a very cleaned, well-maintained apartment with enrichment toys and a balcony for fresh air (if your pet is allowed).

“Kimberly was so sweet and updated me throughout the whole walk! I felt very good leaving my pup in her hands.”

About: I’ve had at least 2 dogs ever since I can remember, I recently moved and can’t afford to have one at my new apartment complex so I’m missing some puppy love! I would love to walk and sit with your babies while you are away! I am a teacher so my summer is completely open, meaning I’m free anytime you may need me to visit or walk your pets for you! I am more than happy to visit your home so your pup is in the most comfortable environment for them. After a few visits with your pet I would be open to having them at my home if that’s something that would make you more comfortable. I also have a dog park at my apartment if you would like your dog to socialize with other pups.

“Malery has been great! She has been walking my dog Tink most days for about a month, and Tink is so excited to see her each morning. She has great communication, and when something came up, she let me know if plenty of time so that I could ask another walker to come. Will most definitely ask her to help again!”

About: I was raised to have a reverence for all nature by ecologist parents. My special love in the animal world is cats, but I've also owned or cared for dogs, frogs, Madagascan hissing cockroaches, fish, goats, guinea pigs, and more! (I did eventually become allergic to guinea pigs, however.) I love animals, and they love me! As a school teacher, I currently have a wide open schedule while we are out of school for the summer. Once school starts up again in August, I'll mostly be available on weekends and after 5pm. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. During drop-in visits and dog walks, I focus on building trust through calm, attentive care and reliable routines. I carefully follow your instructions for feeding, medication, potty breaks, and playtime, and I pay close attention to your pet’s body language and mood to make sure they feel secure and happy while you're away. For dog walks, I use secure leashing techniques, avoid unsafe or overly crowded areas, and adjust the pace based on your dog’s energy level and needs. During drop-in visits, I maintain a calm, respectful presence in your home, giving your pet the attention, affection, or quiet time they need to feel at ease. I’ll also keep you updated with messages and photos so you know your pet is safe, loved, and well cared for every step of the way.

About: Hi! I’m Matilda—an energetic, lifelong animal lover with over 10 years of pet care experience. I started pet sitting at just 10 years old for families in my neighborhood. Now based in Austin, I’m the trusted pet sitter for many of my friends and local community members. I’m active, reliable, and always ready for a walk, cuddle, or play session. Whether your pet needs mid-day potty breaks, company while you’re at work, or overnight care, I’m here to help—7 days a week, including during the workday. Your pet’s happiness and safety are my top priority, and I treat every animal like they’re my own. Let’s make your pet’s day a great one! Pet care is my full-time job, which means your pet gets my undivided attention! I’m available 7 days a week—including weekdays during the workday—and can easily adapt to your pet’s schedule and needs. Whether it’s long walks, playtime, feeding, or snuggles, I’m fully present and committed to providing loving, consistent care. Whether your pet stays with me or I come to you, I tailor my care to their unique needs, routines, and personality. In my home, your pet will enjoy a calm, clean, and cozy environment with plenty of attention, affection, and outdoor time. I’m active and love going on multiple walks each day, so your pup will get plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. I keep a consistent feeding, potty, and play schedule to help pets feel at home and secure. In your home, I respect your space and your pet’s routine. I make sure to keep things as familiar and stress-free as possible—following your feeding schedule, walk routes, house rules, and giving your pet the comfort of being in their own space while you’re away. I’ll also send regular updates with photos so you always know how your furry friend is doing. No matter the setting, I provide reliable, attentive, and loving care—just like I would for my own pet.

About: Hi! I’m a professional journalist who works from home, so I’d be able to give your dog plenty of attention. My home is very close to the river, with hiking and bike trails for lovely dog walks. I run or walk at least twice daily (winter and summer), so I'd love to take your dog with me. I have a flexible work schedule and can do evenings and weekends. I grew up with dogs and have regularly cared for my friends' and neighbors dogs while they are on vacation as well as enjoying Rover for many years. I’d be happy for you to come over and meet me and see my home before you commit to anything. The pups usually feel more comfortable if they have a chance to sniff around before their first stay too! I'm looking forward to meeting you and your dogs! Isla I love dogs of all shapes and sizes. I'm an early riser and love to be outdoors as much as they do! I have a flexible WFH schedule so I can usually accommodate most drop off/pick up times before 10 pm. I never let dogs off-leash. You can't be too careful! I do not have any pets and only take one pup at a time for safety reasons.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, horses, rabbits etc. since I was a child. I’ve always had multiple animals which has given me a ton of experience with multiple breeds and furry personalities. I have also worked for a vet for about 3 years as well so I am experienced with different medical and special animal needs. I’ve taken care of young kittens & puppies all the way to seniors. I have two fur senior fur dudes myself! I’m currently only pet sitting at the moment so I can be pretty flexible as long as I’m not traveling! Will discuss hours as needed per request. I am active as well and can do as many walks and playtime as needed. I am flexible on what is needed in the client’s home! Can cater to special needs, separation anxiety, crate training, etc. If overnight stay is needed I am open to discussing in-client home arrangements as well. I am unable to take animals into my home so I don’t stress out my senior dogs.

“Casey has been amazing with my 4 year old dachshund! She makes sure he gets his walks and even fits in playtime! My dog is always so excited to see her . I appreciate her.”

Sierra N.Star Sitter
“Sierra has cared for my two cats multiple times, and there is no one I trust more! She has helped with all aspects of their care, and she always provides timely updates when she visits them. She meets both of my cats at their level of comfort with others — for my shy, fearful cat, she makes sure he’s okay but doesn’t push him out of his comfort zone; for my friendly, needier cat, she lets him sit on her lap and gives him plenty of attention. Sierra is a phenomenal catsitter!”

Isla H.
“Isla helped us out at very short notice when our plans changed just as we left for a two week vacation overseas. Our 18 month old Yorkie Poo was really fond of Isla from their first meeting and we were delighted that she would be taking care of her. Isla sent us lots of updates and lovely photos of our pup at her apartment, out and about in the neighborhood and in the local park. Our pup is very affectionate and energetic and Isla took the best of care of her. When we returned home, she even tried to follow Isla out the door which says it all really! We have no hesitation recommending Isla as a sitter / walker. We'll definitely ask Isla to look after our pup again!”

Brittany C.
