“I had a last minute trip I had to take and I don’t know anyone in the area. Janice was willing to watch my dog and was very kind and easy to communicate with, helping ease my worry of leaving my dog with someone new. My dog is also very shy and Janice did a great job helping her feel comfortable and come out of her shell. She sent pictures and video updates without me having to ask. She was very accommodating to my flight being delayed and willing to watch my dog 4 hours past the scheduled time. I’d highly recommend her. She’s near Newark airport too so convenient for traveling.
