About: Small dogs? Large dogs? Cats? I love them all. I have worked in the animal industry for years and I love it. I love both cats and dogs, could never pick between the two of them. I have had my own dog, along with my own cats. In the past I have had guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, snakes and other reptiles so really nothing is off limits. I currently work from home, so fitting you into the daily routine and schedule is going to be a breeze! Dog needs more time? Consider in home! I take one to two dogs in home at a time as to not stress the dog(s) out! I can easily crate if needed, but I prefer the free roaming way! Im home all day for work and such, so being free and comfortable is my goal!

About: I have had my own pets since I was a young child. I have taken care of many of my friends, family, neighbors, and church members pets over the years. I love dogs and kitties and believe they deserve to be well taken care of. They depend on us to be good to them and are at our mercy. If they are mistreated they can't say anything. This makes it that much more important to be good to our pets. I am not currently working so I have a lot of free time. I have 6 grown children who are on thier own. Two in college, the rest with their own families. I have one friendly lab mix who loves playmates. A fenced in yard, doggie door, and all hardwood floors so accidents are not tragic! I am within walking distance of our city bike/walking trail for long doggie walks.

About: I believe in the Rover motto, loving pet care in your neighborhood. Rover has helped me get loving, responsible, and affordable pet care through the years. Since Covid, I work at home and have the opportunity to provide the same for other pet owners. My dogs have emerged as one of my main extra-curriculars outside of work. Over twenty years ago, I received in-home train-the-trainer training in how to raise gentle, friendly canine companions. I have taken refresher trainings since, and have almost continually used the lessons with my dogs over the years to create a safe, loving environment for them. I would like to open my home to your dog or dogs, so they might also receive calm, loving, affordable day care or boarding in St Louis. I have two fully enclosed yards in which to provide regular relief and play breaks. I walk mine and others’ dogs as appropriate or required. I have experience monitoring pets’ health care as well as administering medication, supplements, and/or treats! I work at home five to seven days a week in my home office. I am available twenty four hours (as much as I am available in my home during that time) for emergencies as well as routine care. I may have to leave the house for an errand or appointment during a day. However, dog sitting and boarding responsibilities will continue to be a factor in my scheduling away-time. I do use crates in my house for my own dogs, mostly regularly only at feeding time. I like crates because in daily life, they give dogs their “own” space for refuge. In a boarding situation with new dogs, having crates (and sometimes extra rooms or bedrooms) can be an important factor in providing a safe environment; safe for the dogs, and safe for a home’s personal property. You should know that I use them for any dog in my house at times, to include your dog, if they are staying with me, for the above reasons, as safety is first. I have been told with an older canine adoptee, that he didn’t agree with crates, but that was not the case once he discovered that that is where he received his meals and could have his own quiet “cave”. There is a lot of well-rested canine energy in my house. The dogs can play in the backyard. We go on regular and sometimes longer, special occasion walks. Often, playing and running in the yard results in tiredness, so cold floors are rested upon, sometimes with bedding, or a sunbeam as a matter of preference. Finally, my mastiff/newfoundland hybrid Chito is not neutered, he is intact. Therefore my home may not be appropriate for a fertile female dog.

About: Hey there! My name is Saama, and I would love to care for your fur babies. II have always been surrounded with dogs, I grew up with them so they are just part of my essential. So technically, my experience with them goes way past 10 years but I officially began pet sitting 10 years ago. Furthermore, I have 3 dogs that are my own, 2 big boys and a third medium one. Waldo is my yellow lab, Mootz is my golden and Bubba is my cattle dog. I am very familiar with caring for dogs and cats of all ages. Mootz, is a special needs dog that requires intense care and I have crafted my life to ensure I am able to provide that level of care. Animals are filled with so much love and I am privileged to be able to provide them for a place to feel safe and loved back. This allows me immense flexibility because I am rarely required to be someplace at a specific time. In part, I have created this schedule so that I can reserve all my time for my babies and yours! I truly believe that pets are more precious than we are and with their lives being far too short, I want to provide them with the best, this is why, I don’t really have restrictions in my home. They are free to rest wherever they would like. That being said, if their habits are different in your home, I will ensure to reinforce that within my home as well so that they have a consistent lifestyle. I have a fully fenced-in yard, a puppy gate within the home to block of stairs and avoid accidents, and I also have a gate in front of my door to ensure complete safety. We have plenty of toys, grooming supplies, and pet care supplies. I also have a Furbo Nanny camera in my home that alerts me to any activity. I promise to provide a safe and loving environment for your pets.

About: I’ve owed and taken care of animals for decades. They are an indelible part of families and should be treated with an abundance of love. I am recently retired and have plenty of time to love and care for animals. Your pet will be treated as a member of my family. I have owned four dogs but they have all crossed the rainbow bridge. I have a fenced yard. Your pet will be allowed on my furniture and sleep in my bed (if they want to).

About: I LOVE every kind of dog there is! Shy, loud, energetic, or slow moving. Every pet deserves to have someone match their energy, whatever that may be. I’m an active and energetic person, i’m always down for longer walks or playtime. I have no breed preferences at all! I have experience house sitting/dog sitting, as well as dog walking and kitty care. I grew up taking in and caring for any stray cat or dog I could find, and have spent a lot of time volunteering at shelters. I would say I get along with every animal personality type possible! In my household we have a 2 yr old german shepherd and a senior mini cocker spaniel. As well as a tuxedo kitty cat and a Russian blue kitty. I am currently home for the summer from college, and looking to continue my pet sitting/walking! I’m an outdoorsy person so doing walks or hikes is already in my day to day routine. And what better to have adventures with than some fur babies! I have dogs and kittys of my own, so picking up body language when they need to go potty, when they’re hungry, or when they want to go play is no issue. About: Hello! My name is Kristin. I have owned and been around animals my whole life I am a veterinary technician so I'm able to administer medication's for your animals. I also have a lot of experience with horses and other farm animals I do currently work full time in the veterinary field but my job is really flexible and I'm able to move shifts around and make a plan for your pet! I have a 6ft privacy fence with both gates securely locked. I have 3 dogs of my own that are very dog friendly and love to play. I do kennel my personal dogs for their safety if I have to leave the house.

About: I have taken care of many different pets! I’m also and cat and dog groomer. I have been a groomer for 13+ years. Which I love! I also can take care of Gueine pigs and lizards! I currently work full time as a dog and cat groomer. I offer dog sitting and cat sitting. I also offer helping stopping in on the days you work late to take them out for a walk to play. I can also take care of guinea pigs and lizards and birds! I will always will be watching and sitting outside. I give the best ear scratches and belly rubs. I also can help giving medication if they need it.

About: I've had pets, especially dogs in my life as long as I can remember and have always helped feed, walk, bathe them and give them medicine. I've volunteered at Five Acres as well which included dog walks, playing with them in a gated play yard, cleaning up messes and washing bedding and toys. I've also dog sat for my neighbors and worked at yuppy puppy in o fallon missouri I am available for dog sitting at your house. This is my second job after my overnight sleep shifts as a live in group home supervisor. I get off at 8 am every morning. As far as what do for care I like to give treats and get dogs to do tricks. Lots of positive reinforcement. I will ask for proof of all vaccines, worming and flea treatments etc if they come to my place. I also can get pup cups for everyone.
