She went above and beyond to make sure Frieda felt comfortable, even spending extra time on their first walk when she was a bit stubborn. Highly recommend!”

About: I seem to be a magnet for anxious dogs and cats! Both my senior cat and adolescent dog have behavioral issues/anxiety, and while it has its challenges, I find bonding with these guys can be the most rewarding experience. Between slow, gentle movements, not rushing a bond, and having lots of treats on hand, I've learned that "difficult" personalities don't always have to be so hard. I work 8-5 on weekdays, with Mondays and Fridays being working-from-home days. I can easily incorporate lunch-time and evening visits into my schedule during the week with open availability on weekends. After adopting an anxious/reactive dog, my partner and I have invested countless hours into a training program that works for us. Through this experience, I've learned the power of positive reinforcement, consent for touch, and patience even when it's the most difficult to find it. I'm a huge believer in redirecting unwanted behavior rather than punishment of any kind. Love and respect is the driving force behind all of my interactions with animals!

“Super sweet & nice, did an awesome job!”

“Our dog loves Breanna! She’s incredibly reliable and professional. She’s been walking our dog for over a year now and has boarded her while we were away. I can’t recommend her enough!”

“Walked busy a few weeks ago. Great walker sorry for the late tip”

“Christina is a kind and friendly person who my basset hood , Morty loved!”

About: I absolutely love working with dogs! I have at least 9 years of experience taking care of dogs and cats! I volunteered in the cattery in Humane Society and walking dogs as well. I work remotely and can flex my schedule to spend time watching pets or walking your dog. I am very flexible and I can easily work with your scheduling. I have a backyard, but I prefer to walk dogs frequently and take them outside myself for fresh air and outdoor play. We have only 1 pet rabbit, and keep him separated when there is a furry house guest.

About: Hi! I’m a proud husky dad who recently moved to Grand Rapids and I’m excited to meet all the fluffy friends in the area. I believe every dog deserves kindness, structure, and a bit of fun along the way. My style? Positive reinforcement with clear boundaries—lots of praise, gentle guidance, exercise, and treats (when earned!). Whether your pup needs a calm walk, some high-energy play, or just someone who gets their quirks, I’m here for it. In my free time, I volunteer at the local shelter walking dogs and helping out however I can. I’ve raised my husky since he was 4 months old—so I understand the ups and downs of house training, daily exercise, and building trust. From basic obedience to fun tricks like “play dead,” I’ve trained my own dog with patience and love. I aim to create a safe, relaxed, and fun environment where dogs feel at home—even when they’re away from it. If you’re looking for someone who’ll treat your dog like family, I’d love to help. Let me know what your pup needs—I’ll take care of the rest. 🐾 As a house dad, I have a flexible and consistent schedule while my partner works full time. I’m available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM, which makes me a great fit for weekday walks, drop-in visits, or play sessions. I’m looking to use that time for something active and meaningful—and spending it with dogs is the perfect way. Please note: I’m currently unavailable for boarding, but I’m happy to provide dependable daytime care during the week. I know how much your dog means to you—mine means the world to me too. I keep things calm and easy so your pup feels safe and relaxed. I take my time, earn their trust, and make sure they’re comfortable and happy the whole time we’re together.

About: I've taken care of all sorts of different dogs and cats throughout my life. I've had experience with large reactive dogs, dogs who like their space, cats who don't like to be touched, dogs who have endless energy, cats who love all the snuggles, dogs who only selectively like other dogs and the friendliest of pups! I've worked at a kennel for 3 years in the past and have all the patience in the world to make sure you AND your pet is comfortable with me. I’m available all day on Thursdays and lots of flexibility Friday-Sunday! I am open and available to accommodate a variety of needs to best fit your schedule. I have the ability to crate and a little senior lady who loves to snuggle with all types of dogs and cats! We will take lots of walks (with permission) and get lots of outside / play time!

About: I've always watched pets growing up! I love taking care of them and follow all of the necessary instructions you leave me to a tee! Thank you for considering me :) I am currently in physical therapy school, but still have lots of time in the afternoons/evenings! I am on clinical rotations at the moment and have Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays off along with my other evenings free as mentioned :) I follow the instructions you give me to a tee! I am here to make sure that your animal feels comfortable and is well taken care of while you are away/busy :)

Melissa S.
“The very first meeting with Melissa demonstrated her love of, and compassion for, animals. She immediately sat on the floor and took a "selfie" with my dog, Tadpole, a Clumber Spaniel. On their walks, Melissa has taken SO many pictures-- not because I requested them, but because she was completely engaged in the experience. I hired a dog walker because I was recovering from hip replacement surgery. Melissa has been a blessing. She is so enthusiastic, energetic, and caring-- I feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a gem for dog care! I would trust her for pet sitting, without reservation.”

Nowinza P.
“Nowinza is truly amazing with dogs! He’s patient, caring, and incredibly reliable. My dog instantly trusted him, and I felt completely at ease knowing he was in great hands. He goes above and beyond—whether it’s sticking to routines, giving extra attention, or keeping me updated. If you want someone who treats your dog like family, Nowinza is the one. Highly recommend!”

Absolutely amazing! Handled loving and caring for my 2 boys for the weekend. My dogs had zero reactivity when first meeting her.

Madison was wonderful helping with daytime walks for our dog Frieda this week! She went above and beyond to make sure Frieda felt comfortable, even spending extra time on their first walk when she was a bit stubborn. Madison communicated clearly after every visit, which gave me peace of mind while I was at work for long hours. It was such a relief knowing Frieda was safe, cared for, and in good hands. She was easy to talk to and to work with, punctual, and very kind. Hope to use her services again at some point.

Brigit is always so friendly and takes wonderful care of Daisy! Always has pictures to share with us and is a trust worthy, kind person.

Sarah has been wonderful to work with. I was really impressed with her attention to detail when we first met, and she was friendly and kind, to me and my pup. My mother was visiting during my pups walks, and she even commented how much she liked Sarah. I’m excited to continue to book Sarah for dog walks and pet sitting! I was especially happy how much she enjoyed large dogs, with my Shepard mix pushing 90 lbs :)

Amazing!!! He genuinely cared about my dog’s well being & sent pics with constant communication. I had Binx stay at Whiskers resort & hired Joshua for daily walks which helped him tremendously, even whiskers said it helped my high energy, nervous boy. Thanx again for taking Binx to a beautiful park & not just a sidewalk AND for picking up that xtra day

Super gentle and patient one of my dogs takes a while to warm up to people but emma was super gentle and was willing to help

My dog was happy to see him come to walk and play, he treats my dog like his own and gives him all the love well I’m gone at work. He follows my instructions and how I like things done with my dog very well! High recommend

Emma always does such a stellar job taking our pup for a walk. Great communication and great photos! We Always feel reassured when Emma is taking our pup for a walk knowing he is in great hands!

Elizabeth is so wonderful!!! She is always on time and also consistently communicates with me during the walk. I truly enjoy her enthusiasm and how great she takes care of my fur baby. I'm so happy I found her!
