About: I’ve had pets my entire life and have been pet sitting for 8 years. Providing the highest level of care to animals is my biggest passion. I have experience with all different types of animals, including horses, dogs, cats, goats, chickens, and more. I am also experienced with all levels of care and sizes. Seniors to puppies and everything in between. Big or small, shy or bold, I promise we will be best friends. I am currently a fulltime student, mainly online, and work a very flexible parttime job. This leaves me with ample time to devote to your pet and their specific needs. Whether it be hourly potty breaks or a daily walk on the beach, I can accommodate all different animals. I pride myself on the level of care I provide both to your pet and to your home. My attention to detail and drive to provide the very best experience for you and your animals means that your home will look like I was never there, and your pet will be happy and fulfilled when you return.

“Nancy was great great with Hannah the husky! She visited prior to her scheduled walks and made sure she knew Hannah's quirks, personality and where she would like to walk. We live where there are no sidewalks or side roads, so it can be a challenge. Nancy gave me a little update on Hannah during and after each walk - complete with photos! If your pup needs some attention while you're away, Nancy is great.”

I understand how hard it is to be separated from our pets and do my best to give them as much love as you do! My son also enjoys helping out, but wants it to be known, he is more of a cat person. 😁 I am currently available seven days a week for all your pet care needs! I am active and enjoy getting outside to hike and enjoy the beautiful Oregon Coast! I have a fenced in yard, live within a few blocks of Open Space trails, and the beach! I have a utility wagon and pet stroller for elderly or rehabilitating pets that need to get outside! All breeds welcome, but well-behaved pets are the best!

About: I’ve been pet sitting for friends and family for years, on top of caring for my own cats! I am dedicated to caring for your animals and making sure they feel safe and supported while you’re gone. I am currently working part time so I have a very available schedule for pet sitting. My part time schedule will allow me to be with your animal more often which is especially helpful for dog owners. I am a very clean, organized, and professional person. Your pet will be my top priority and I won’t hesitate to ask questions or clarifications about your pets needs so I can fulfill them.

About: My goal is to make you feel as stress-free as possible while you are away. Being a dog-owner myself, I know it can be anxiety-inducing to leave your pets behind, especially with someone you may not be very familiar with. I am an excellent communicator, and I hope that I can give you the peace of mind you need to fully enjoy your time away, knowing that your furry family member is safe and being well-taken care of. I grew up with pets - dogs (all shapes and sizes), cats, horses, and even pet rats - and love spending time with animals! I did dog-sitting through Rover when I was in grad school in Alaska. I've had a gap in my dogsitting work (last once was in 2020) while I was working in a demanding full-time job, but I'm excited to return to dogsitting this summer! I work from home, and I have a very flexible schedule. I walk my dogs on the beach every day for 30-60 minutes, sometimes twice a day. If you are planning on going on a sport-fishing charter and need a place for your dog to be for the day, think of me! I am available for early morning drop-offs for doggy day-care if scheduled before 9pm the night before. **If I am doing a homestay or your dog is staying at my place for the day, my two Alaskan huskies Murphy and Precious will be with me.** They are very good with other dogs, and they are very calm, chill, and house-trained. I am happy to maintain your dogs' routine and schedule to make sure they are as comfortable as possible while you are away. I try to send daily photos of your pet and give a little update on how the day went. I don't take dogs for off-leash walks while in my care. I am very safety conscious and aware that sometimes animals act differently when their family isn't around, and so I am careful and vigilant while I am responsible for your animal. I am happy to continue any training programs you may have with your animals.

I would follow the clients recommendations to be sure pet is safe, gates are closed, no outside access unless parents say yes. Leash will be used for outside adventures.

About: I grew up with horses, dogs, cats, rabbits and hamsters, I can walk, check in on, clean, feed most animals. I have an extra large dog of my own so I am comfortable with larger dogs. I have given dog massages and movement treatments to senior dogs and injured dogs as well. Making sure your pets are my top priority and insuring the safety for them is extremely important to me, I understand that your pet means a lot to you and will always treat them as my own when I am with them. I can provide rides for pets as well if needed to go on walks or to appointments. I am a homemaker, we own a commercial fishing vessel that l help with, leaving me plenty of room to add to my schedule. I can make changes the day of or book out weeks in advance. I have a fenced yard and 7 acres fit for dog walks. I walk my dogs daily and go to the beach a few times a week. I live close to a local dog walking park as well and enjoy going there as well.

About: Well I’ve had cats all my life but I do love dogs! I have done over night(s)! I love taking dogs for walks & to parks to run around and possibly play with other dogs I’ve helped with a friend of mine dogs while his other family members were off on a camping trip so I took them out for potty a few times a day, feed them, & played with them. I’m definitely an animal lover who loves being outdoors and helping out if and when needed I’ve been told multiple times that I’m a cat/dog whisperer if you know what I mean by that. If there is anything in particular you wanna know feel free to ask. I currently am a homemaker and do have my own vehicle. I currently have a very open schedule but I do not drive. My partner drives me (or animals!) wherever I need to go. First things first I like to have a conversation with the clients about their pet specific needs and schedules. If a, “In-home” pet sitting is needed, I also like to go over any house or home rules. This can vary depending on the animal.

“Nicole was so accommodating and responsive. Our pup was in great hands and enjoyed his walk!”

About: Long time cat owner, but have lived with and cared for several dogs! I've been the go to dog sitter for family and friends and have experience handling all sizes and ages of dogs. I was a long time dog walker volunteer at my local shelter in my previous home town and learned to have an appreciation for all dogs from hounds to terrier to collies to shepherds! Currently working part time and have availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays for Rover clients. I have availability in both in morning and the evening. I am happy to do walking, playing in the yard/house (depending on owners preference),or just giving some good quality time to the critters that need it.

About: Hi! My name is Morgan. I genuinely love animals and have a huge heart. I’ve cared for many pets over my lifetime; both my own pets and others’. My own pets have included, labradors, a border collie, a Shepard mix, and 7 cats. I have worked with search dogs as a part of professional search and rescue team in Texas and am aware of positive reinforcement training techniques (treats and toys). When I was a teen I worked at disabled veterans winter sports clinics in Colorado as volunteer, taking care of service dogs while the veterans participated in activities. In addition, I have two bark box subscriptions…for my friends’ dogs. I truly love cats. I love spending time with them, and I understand that each cat is unique and has unique needs. I’ve had 7 cats…all of which had different personalities, likes/dislikes, and levels of comfort with humans and other animals. I can provide your kitty with plenty of love and affection, playtime…or just give them the space they need and provide them with simple care and safety. Whether your kitty is a “one brain cell orange”, a fluffy friendly tuxedo, a sassy “void” black cat…I can love and care for any kitty out there! Thank you for considering me to care for your pet! My prices reflect the level of care your pet receives. I am cautious, kind, and follow all instructions. I will comfort your pet if they need it, play with them (if they want), and I will send you photos and updates throughout the day. I have seen cheaper prices offered here, and it being such a small community, I know some of these pet sitters personally and their level of care is much lower than what I offer. I work full time but am only in the office one day a week so I have a flexible schedule to care for animals in your home, or take your pet for a walk. The security and safety of your pet is of utmost importance to me. When I care for pets in your home I follow your instructions exactly to provide the safe, consistent, loving care for your pet in your home.

Maya H.
Star Sitter

“Maya has been our go to caregiver for horse, hound, and home for years. (She has also been there for our cats, chickens, and that one time pigs, but it wasn’t quite as catchy sounding.). Maya’s intelligence and attention to detail make her an unparalleled steward of land and livestock. She does things precisely the way you ask for them to be done, and her wealth of equine knowledge makes her an especially rare find. In reference to her care of household, as my husband says, “it’s like she was never there…in a good way!” I absolutely recommend her in any setting, I would give her six gold stars, and I sincerely hope I don’t regret writing this, because as soon as all of you folks on the internets realize how talented she is she’s going to be too busy to take care of my crew for ski season.”
