About: I have grown up with dogs since I can remember. I have a German Shepard-Boxer mix and a Pit Bull mix. My first memories are playing with them, walking them, and feeding them. I genuinely love dogs and will care for your dog like its my own. 💕I have pet-sat and walked multiple dogs in my neighborhood and town! I am currently a college student, however my class schedule is pretty flexible. I am available most weekends and every morning before 10. I am also available most evenings. I have always been responsible for taking my dogs on walks and feeding them at home, so I am experienced with walking dogs. I am comfortable with dogs of any size.

About: I’ve always had dogs and a few cats on and off most of my life. I am a medical assistant of 20 years looking for a change. I was giving insulin to a friends dog daily while she was at work. I would love to help you with your fur baby !!! Recently moved to South Carolina and not working right now so I do have the time to care for your dog or cat. I’m pretty flexible !! I currently do not have a dog. I can walk or jog with your dog or just sit and keep your dog happy with those behind the ear scratches !! I can give medicine and injections if necessary.

I, Rachel have been blessed to love so many wonderful animals that I've got to call family in my life including dogs, cats, rabbits and hamsters. My husband, Triston and I are failed foster parents and currently have 4 cats, two of which who we raised as feral kittens from birth. Our love for animals is why we've decided to offer pet care on Rover. After watching several friends and neighbors pets, we thought it was time to make an official account. I'm trustworthy, reliable and responsible. My clients value that I'm very attentive, responsive and always ensure to communicate clearly. My husband may join me in sitting or dog walking. He trained as a Veterinary Technician before landing as a Wildlife Biologist. He also volunteered with the SPCA for over 5 years. He has more specialized knowledge and experience giving injections, medication or love to animals who require special attention. We would love to care for your fluffy family members and ensure that they are well loved and taken care of whether it's a walk, drop in or boarding at our home. We are well versed in the needs of animals ranging from younger pets with high energy to aging pets with medical conditions. Sometimes my two year old daughter will join me, however I will always ask permission first. She is very sweet, gentle and kind to animals. She shares a love for animals just like her parents. Her favorite thing is to give hugs and gentle pets to animals who like attention. *To secure a reservation, an upfront payment is necessary. This policy ensures that your spot is reserved and guaranteed. Rover will hold onto the payment until 3-4 days after the booking is complete before sending to me. In the event that immediate payment is not feasible, it's important to be aware that the reservation may be subject to availability. Additionally, a 24 hour cancellation policy applies to all services with the exception of dog-walking and drop-in visits. I work from home with the ability to have a flexible schedule. I'm happy to meet your pet care needs whether it's early morning, afternoon or evening. My husband and I use our bonus room as our boarding room where we can care for pets in our home. It's a relatively large bedroom with carpet and a couch. This room is the dedicated pet room. We have blankets and toys for your animals, however we always encourage clients to bring toys, blankets that anything else that may smell like home and that your animal is familiar with to help with the transition. We also have a huge yard and would love to go on long walks with your dog. Whether in your home or ours, we always respect and reinforce whatever rules and training you have in place for your animals, whether it's no jumping on the furniture or anything else.

We just adopt yours! 😢 We are not able to board Pit Bulls, Pitt mixes, Dobermans, Rottweilers, or Great Danes at this time. ⚠️ Rates may vary for larger dogs and certain holidays. 🦮 We have experience with puppies, high energy dogs, large dogs, dogs that pull on the leash, and seniors with disabilities, such as: Arthritis: Please note that there are 14 steps with a landing to the upstairs bedrooms and there are basement steps down to the pool area. However, we are happy to help dogs with stairs or walk them around to the pool area to avoid any steps if needed. Paralysis: I have experience with dogs needing bladder expression. Please note that additional care fees may apply. ⭐️ We offer exclusive boarding for one family at a time. 🐾 I offer dog walking and drop-in service. Rates and availability will vary depending on your location. 💩 Poop pick-up on your property can be added to any walk or drop-in starting at $10 for a typical front and back yard. Sometimes I go ahead and pick up what I see if I have enough bags on me. 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 Our family has been dogsitting since 2022. Our home is pet-free but we love hosting dogs. I have four dog-loving kids, ages 8 to 17. 🏡 I am home all day except for errands and I love having a dog along for the ride! We go on walks daily and multiple times if needed. I do my best to avoid scheduling extra appointments during days that we are caring for pets so that they don’t have to be left alone. 😌 We are pretty easygoing and do not really have off-limits areas in our home. There are plenty of comfy spots to get away and relax when a dog needs down time. 🌳 PLEASE NOTE: We have a 2.6 acre property surrounded by trees and a creek in a quiet culdesac. We have a large secure outdoor area on the deck and by the pool. We have a full basement that opens out to this area. The back yard is very secluded, though we do NOT have a grassy area that is completely fenced in. Dogs that are flight risks are taken out on a leash to use the bathroom and to go on walks as needed in the neighborhood.
