“Joanne is a very friendly and easy going person. She took the time to do a home visit and meet my husband, my 2 greyhounds and myself before her first dog sitting job. The dogs appeared to feel very comfortable with her and she wanted to know about the dogs likes and dislikes. She explained how Rover Pet sitting worked and told me about how she would take pictures of the visit and her communication notes. The night she came for a home visit the pictures of the visit were all very positive and the girls appeared very happy.it was very nice to see them acting the same way they would if we were home. I feel very confident with her caring for our girls and will be using her again in the near future.”

About: I have grown up around dogs since I was young. I know how to act around them and how they each have their own unique personalities! I will give your dog the treatment they deserve. Doing all the duties you may be too busy to do, and adding a sprinkle of love to it.🫶🏻 I am currently a college student at Marywood, so I will be doing this in my free time or whenever I can!! Also doing some work study as well. If I pet-sat I would ensure that I gave the animal the attention they needed while also giving them space as well. I am very good with reading dogs and cats body language. I’d also make sure they were fed of course and walked every hour or as needed!! If I were to petsit a cat then cleaning out the litter box. :)

About: I have 2 dogs and 2 cats of my own that I care for daily. I also care for my friends pets often and am excited to meet your pets and provide them the best care that they deserve. I am available all day on weekends and in the evenings every day. Some week days I am available more often. I am also available for overnights stays. About: I've been a dog owner for my entire life! Growing up, my family always had dogs. It was always my responsibility to feed them, take them outside, and make sure they got plenty of exercise! Shortly after graduating college, my husband and I adopted our sweet boy Cody in December of 2020. He was a 1 year old (very well behaved) rescue when we first got him, and he has fit perfectly into our family since day one. We were living in an apartment at the time, so he required frequent walks and trips to the dog park. This helped him become very used to playing with dogs and humans of all sizes! In August of 2021 shortly after moving into our new home in Jacksonville, we decided there was room in our family for one more! We adopted our girl Pepper at 7 weeks old. She is a little ball of energy, but has grown into the sweetest little pup. Her and Cody love to play and run around in the back yard, but they are often content with laying on the couch for a nap or chewing on their favorite toys. Adopting Cody as an adult dog and Pepper as a tiny puppy has helped us learn how to care for and train dogs of all ages. We utilize positive reinforcement with lots of rewards for good behavior to not only train our dogs, but also to maintain a strong and trusting relationship! I work from home full-time, so I will be able to care for your pet 24/7! Pepper requires frequent potty breaks due to her age, so the dogs typically go out every 1-2 hours. If we leave the house on weekends, we never do so for longer than 4-5 hours. If your puppy loves play and attention, we would be a perfect fit for him or her! Both of my dogs love to run and play both inside and outside. We have plenty of toys to share, and a large fenced yard for play. Pepper naps in her crate throughout the day and sleeps in there overnight, but Cody does not have a crate. If your pup is crate trained, I would be more than happy to keep up that routine!

About: Throughout my life, I have been blessed to have rescued numerous dogs from various situations. Since I was a child, my family has had over eight dogs that I loved and cared for with my whole heart. At times, we have had four dogs in the house at once so I am capable of handling any type of stress with animals. I truly love dogs so much and want to spread my love to other animals in my community. I currently have two boys named Googz and Bubba who are both rescues. They are my life. I’d love to spread some more love to your pups! I am a gigging musician so my week days are my best times to check in or walk your pets but I can make anything work. I can also occasionally spend the night with your dogs with enough notice. Caring for my dogs is my biggest priority in life. They are the center of my day everyday and I go above and beyond to keep them safe, happy and healthy. I’d be willing to walk your dog, take them to the park, or just hangout on the couch if they are the potato type! No dog is too big for me to handle and I have tons of experience with anxious/fearful dogs.

About: I’m currently building my clientele list as a dog trainer, so I have experience with all different breeds, temperaments, leash etiquette, and energy levels, I also have experience caring for a senior dog, so medications or cleaning up accidents are no problem either I don’t start training other dogs until 12 or 1 most days, sometimes later, and I am available every morning after 9 for walks or drop ins. I am very familiar with all the dog parks in the area, and my dog is a licensed therapy dog and has spent thousands of hours socializing at parks and with other dogs in general.
