About: I have taken care of pets that belong to friends. since i have a huge home with no animals we have lots of playtime and love to give I work full time from home so any animal can keep me company at my desk and roam free until we can go on walk breaks and lunches together i have a fenced years in a very quiet neighborhood. i see other people and i have also walked pets around here. i have plenty of space for a furry companion

About: I’ve grown up loving animals—dogs and cats have always been a part of my family. I adopted my first baby, a Calico cat named Riley, back in 2007, and decided to give her a puppy brother in 2014 when Jake, an Australian Shepherd mix, became a part of our little family. I was blessed enough to have had 17 wonderful years with Riley, and don’t think I spent a night away from Jake during his 11 years on this Earth. About three years ago, I was lucky enough to become mom to my husband's Chocolate Lab, Willy. I have so much love to give and I can promise you that I will treat your dog or cat with that same level of care and endearment as I have my own. I gained significant experience working as a Kennel Manager for a veterinarian's office in Frisco, where I spent time walking, feeding, bathing and making sure the boarders were happy and doing well. I also worked closely with the doctors, often assisting during appointments, where I became very adept at keeping the patients calm and learned much about how to handle emergency situations, as well as the administering of medications in various forms (injections, pills, etc.). I have dog-sat for many families—all types and all sizes—staying at the owners’ homes, but am very open to keeping your pup(s) at my house, as well. We have a large fenced-in backyard with a doggy door and plenty of space inside to escape these hot Texas summers. I’d love the opportunity to fall in love with your fur babies, too. I currently work from home and make my own hours, allowing max flexibility and providing me the opportunity to dedicate as much time as necessary to taking care of my dog and others! We have a large fenced-in backyard with a doggy door to allow the pups to go in and out as they please. We also have a “dog room” equipped with a TV, sectional couch, a large bucket of water and a big basket full of toys to keep them happy and cool from this Texas heat for any time I need to leave the house (when we’re home, the whole house is their playground). Our dog Willy loves friends, so he’d always be there to keep your fur baby company at our house.

“Great communication and updates throughout my dog’s stay. My dog loved every minute of it and it helped me out so much to not have to worry about him while I was gone. Will definitely book again!”

“What a great day for our dogs. The goodie bag prepared by Cheryl was a real treat and much appreciated. Anyone in this area should be pleased to have their special pets stay in Cheryl's care!”

I have a fenced yard and two lovely, gentle pups who would love to keep your dog company. They are also fans of cats and would make good friends.

About: I am BACK on Rover and ready to care for your pets!! I have had and worked around animals my whole life. I have had dogs, cats, and horses. I have experience with other livestock animals as well. I love being around all animals and love to take care of them. Some people call me a perfectionist and I like to use that still when taking care of animals. I will never let something go unnoticed and I always want to help. I have cared for animals for as long as I can remember. You can be at peace when you are not home or have to go out of town when I am caring for your animals. I currently work out of my home and have plenty of free time and flexibility. I have plenty of available time to care of your animals! I am home most of the day, so your pet will always be comfortable and happy in my home. Also, since I have plenty of free time, I have plenty of time to play and hang out with them, even if I am going to a clients home.

Lori L.
“I can’t say enough good things about the incredible care Lori gave to my golden doodle while I was away. From the moment we met, I felt completely at ease knowing my pup would be in such loving, capable hands. She didn’t just watch him—she truly bonded with him, made him feel safe, and treated him like her own. Lori sent daily updates and adorable photos that showed just how happy and relaxed he was in her care. She paid attention to all his little quirks and needs, stuck to his routine, and gave him so much love and attention. When I got home, he was calm, content, and honestly might have been a little sad to see her go! If you’re looking for someone who will care for your dog with genuine love, patience, and responsibility, Lori is the one. She’s everything you could hope for in a sitter and more. I’ll absolutely be booking her again!”
