I got my first dog, Bella, a Pekingese (She passed after 15 long years in 2020, sadly) when I was in second grade and I sat in front of her the entire drive home talking to her. I was so excited! Growing up I wanted to become a dog sitter and a Veterinarian so, this is basically my dream job- taking care of amazing creatures we call dogs (or doggos!) I keep a watchful eye on every fur baby I sit and keep a clean space for them to freely walk around with ease and safety in mind. If you request your dog be crated and on a schedule, I can follow those instructions as well.

About: I’ve owned pets of my own for over four years, and I’ve been caring for other people’s furry family members since I was 16. I’m a mom of one so I have a 10 year old helper as well. I take care of all basic needs such as washing, walking, play dates, and short term care. I can also administer oral medication. I am known with local service members to take great care of their fur babies while they are away for training. I have additional water bowls, food containers, and a crate if you ever forget yours. *For walking, I am available 0530-730am, 1130am- 1230pm, and after 430pm Monday- Friday.* I make sure to care just as equally for any pets as I do my own child. We all deserve to feel loved, even our fur babies. I can’t replace you when you’re away, but I can make sure your pet leaves my care feeling loved tremendously. I work full time, but I’m available for feeding, walking, and other needs 530am-730am, 1130am-1230pm, and after 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. If I am providing boarding, I will feed and walk in the morning, during lunch, and of course when I get home from work. I have full availability on the weekends for all tasks. I do not currently have a fence, however, we will go on walks multiple times a day and playtime inside the home. There is also a fenced dog park in my neighborhood that is just a 3 minute walk from my house. I remain extremely attentive around other animals during walks, and I have no problems with bigger dogs who may pull or tug. For any boarding inquiries, no other dogs are in the home so yours will have my undivided attention. I have additional water trays, food bowls, and a crate in case you ever forget something of yours.

About: I have 20+ years of experience with dogs, cats, birds, guinea pigs, hamsters, and fish. I’m a lifelong cat owner and know how to respect every cat and their unique personality. I also have an elderly dog that I adopted when he was 12 weeks old, so I have experience with puppies all the way to senior dogs. I have administered topical, oral, and injection medications to both dogs and cats, and I have experience with crate training and housebreaking as well. I truly love animals and am here to take care of your babies like you do! I teach part time in higher education and fill the rest of my time with pet care. I love the flexibility and getting to spend time with so many sweet animals. I learn how your pets interact with your family and home and do my best to maintain that consistency while you’re gone. My goal is continuity of care and making everything as stress-free as possible. I work hard to earn your pet’s trust and respect their boundaries at all times while keeping them safe.

I work a 9-5 but would love to help if my availability aligns with your pups needs. I am available M-F after 5 for walks, home visits, and if you need daycare for the evening hours. About: I've worked at a few kennels, in both Colorado and Virginia, and pride myself on the level of care and connection I offer to all pets I encounter. I'm currently K-9 First Aid & CPR certified and love to practice simple obedience commands with the younger pups to reinforce training that you may have already started. I'm by no means a trainer but I would love to help you help your dog. I also have some previous managerial experience where I learned to medicate dogs and know their specific feeding requirements. My specialty (favorites) are puppies and senior dogs, big or small. Whether it's regular walks, indoor playtime, or cuddles, your pet will receive my undivided attention. Building trust and a genuine connection to pets (and their parents) is something I strive for when I work with animals. I'm flexible with my availability and am open to changing my schedule to fit my clients' schedules. Currently I'm set at weekdays but if weekends are needed as well, reach out to me and we can arrange an alternative schedule! At home, I make sure to check in with my dog if she's been somewhere else in the house resting for a while. She's a small senior dog with minor health problems so I'm extra attentive to her basic and complex needs, including but not limited to providing medication. I do all of her baths and nail trims in between going to the groomer for upkeep since she has long hair and I still regularly practice good manners with her as she can be a little impulsive still. In other's homes, I have fed and walked their dogs as well as helped to bathe them and care for them in their parents' absence.
